Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing TARA CHIAL. We ship all orders from our studio in New York, USA and craft each piece with care to ensure the highest quality. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

Processing Time:
Shipments take 2-3 business days to process from our studio to the carrier’s office. During this time, we carefully prepare your order to meet our quality standards.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS for US orders and UPS Worldwide Expedited for international orders.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on the service you pick and your location. 

For International orders please keep in mind local customs processing may take longer, and its beyond our control. Please also keep in mind that you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs and we are not responsible for these.

Optional shipping for Panamanian Clients:
If you have access to a U.S. P.O. Box service in Miami, this option may offer more favorable shipping rates.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages once an order is marked as delivered to your P.O. Box address by the carrier.

We are also not liable for delivery timelines or issues related to the forwarding of your package from Miami to Panama.

Please note, this is simply a friendly suggestion based on our experience.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Also, provide accurate and up-to-date contact information (email and phone number) to avoid delivery issues.

Orders marked undeliverable due to address errors will be returned to our studio. We will re-ship the order only after receiving it back, and a re-shipping fee will apply.

Delivery & Liability:
We are not responsible for lost packages once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. If you ship to a PO box or freight forwarder service, please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or marked delivered under these conditions.

International Taxes and Duties:
For all international orders, please be aware that duties and taxes are NOT included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your country, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon entry. Please check your government’s official website for detailed information.

TARA CHIAL is not responsible for any taxes or duties fees incurred.
