Lost or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost deliverables or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. 

Please make sure your delivery address is completed and correct. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Please make sure to provide working and updated contact information such as email and phone number.

Orders marked undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be reissued only when the order is received back to our studios. The reissue will incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost or stolen packages:

On occasion, packages may be stolen or delivered incorrectly. We can help tracking your order during transit, up until it is shown as delivered. Once the package had been marked as delivered by the carrier, we suggest you file a report directly with the shipping carrier for additional help.

Orders marked as delivered may not be refunded or replaced as we are only responsible for it until it is marked delivered by the carrier. 

If your package is lost in transit and not shown as delivered yet, please get in contact with us at info@tarachial.com and we will help find the package or take other additional steps. This will be on a case-by-case basis.

Items returned to our office due to an undeliverable address will have a re-shipping cost.
