Returns and Exchanges

LAST DAY for Christmas 2024 gift returns or exchanges bought from December 1st, 2024 until December 25th, 2024 is: January 9th, 2025 (14 days from December 25th, 2024)

Gift Returns and Exchanges:

Please send us an email to info@tarachial.com with a photo of the product and the name of the person who gifted it. This way we can backtrack and find out the date of purchase.

Gift Returns / Exchanges should be made within 14 days of purchase. If your item/ order has passed the 14 day window we cannot exchange it. 

Personalized items such as custom name necklaces or sale items bought as gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Once we process the return, items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use. We do not cover any shipping or transportation expenses.

We cannot accommodate to make custom changes to our designs. Meaning, we do not change beads, colors, lengths or earring posts to hoops or vice versa, among others.

Options for gift returns/ exchanges are the following:

1. Change for a different style, at the same price.

2. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.

3. If the item costs less, there will be store credit left to your name, valid for 1 month starting from the date of exchange. We do not reimburse cash or credit.

Current discounts or promotions cannot be used on returns or exchanges.

We will only exchange products or issue store credits once we process your return/exchange and receive the item. All within 14 days of purchase.

Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fees for their return. International orders shipped via DHL Express have a restocking fee charge.

Damaged Returns:

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us at : info@tarachial.com.

Please include: your invoice number, name, reason of return (photos if damaged) so we can authorize it.

Damaged returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.  

Options for returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or store credit valid for 1 month.

Please note that we do not refund or cover return shipping costs. We do not reimburse cash or credit.


Sale Items:

Custom items, personalized items, hats, tote bags, and sale items are FINAL SALES. 

Lost or stolen packages:

On occasion, packages may be stolen or delivered incorrectly. We can help tracking your order during transit, up until it is shown as delivered. Once the package had been marked as delivered by the carrier, we suggest you file a report directly with the shipping carrier for additional help.

Orders marked as delivered may not be refunded or replaced as we are only responsible for it until it is marked delivered by the carrier. 

If your package is lost in transit and not shown as delivered yet, please get in contact with us at info@tarachial.com and we will help find the package or take other additional steps. This will be on a case-by-case basis.

Items returned to our office due to an undeliverable address will have a re-shipping cost.
