Return Policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, you're welcome to return it.

As a small, handmade brand focused on sustainability, all returns are for store credit only, and shipping fees are not covered. Thank you so much for understanding!

Please review the details below:


Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging.

  • Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of delivery.

  • Final sale and custom items (such as personalized name necklaces) are not eligible for return.

  • We’re unable to accommodate changes to existing designs — such as swapping beads, colors, lengths, or earring styles.

Note: The return portal does not handle damaged orders. If your item arrived damaged, please follow the instructions here. 


Important Notes for U.S and International orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this window may not be eligible for store credit.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. We recommend using a trackable service.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue. 

  • We do not issue refunds to original payment methods (cash or card).

  • Discounts or promotions cannot be applied to returned or exchanged items.

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred with the return. These will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed in store credit. We are unable to reimburse any past duties, taxes, or customs fees.
