Returns and Exchanges

To begin the process, please send us an email to returns@tarachial.com with the following:

  • Photo of the product
  • Your order number or the name of the person who gifted it

Once the return is approved, we will send you a return address and a return confirmation that should be printed and placed inside the order. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.

Once the return is received and checked, we will email you a gift card for store credit for the value or amount in which the item was originally bought at the time. Return gift certificates are valid for 5 months.

Important to note:

  • 1st time returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase. 
  • 2nd time or subsequent returns from a previous return must be made within 4 days of purchase.
  • 3rd time return request will not be accepted.
  • If your order has passed the corresponding exchange window, we cannot exchange it.
  • Each customer may return the 1st time without a restocking fee
  • For any 2nd time or subsequent return requests for an order that has already been returned once, a restocking fee applies. Panama: $10// USA, Canada, Central America, Mexico: $20. This helps us cover the cost of materials, handling, and time involved in restocking each handmade piece.
  •  We do not cover or reimburse any shipping or transportation expenses.

Damaged Returns:

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us at : returns@tarachial.com

Please include: your invoice number, name, reason of return (photos if damaged) so we can authorize it.

Damaged returns need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.  

Options for damaged returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or gift card valid for 5 months.

Sale Items:

Custom items, personalized items, hats, tote bags, and sale items are FINAL SALES. 

Important:

  • Personalized items such as custom name necklaces or sale items bought as gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • We cannot accommodate to make custom changes to our designs. Meaning, we do not change beads, colors, lengths or earring posts to hoops or vice versa, among others.
  • We do not reimburse cash or credit.
  • Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fees for their return.  International orders shipped via DHL Express or Fedex have a restocking fee charge.
  • Current discounts or promotions cannot be used on returns or exchanges.

LAST DAY for Christmas 2024 gift returns or exchanges bought from December 1st, 2024 until December 25th, 2024 is: January 9th, 2025 (14 days from December 25th, 2024)
