What qualifies as a damaged order:
A damaged item is one that arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect that affects its function, appearance, or durability. This includes:
-
Faulty or broken clasps or closures
-
Chipped or broken ceramic pieces
-
Items that arrive with visible cracks, or scratches
-
Missing parts or assembly errors
-
Structural issues that prevent the piece from being worn as intended
Please note:
- Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or finish are part of what make our jewelry unique. These small differences are not considered defects but a reflection of the artisanal process. We embrace the individuality of each item, and no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. This is the beauty of handcrafted work, it carries the mark of the maker.
-
Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches, natural tarnishing of metals, and fading of gold or silver plating over time, does not qualify as damage.
-
Damage caused by improper handling, bending, exposure to chemicals, or impact (such as drops or crushing during transit if not returned in secure packaging) is not considered a manufacturing fault.
-
Items that have clearly been worn, altered, or returned without proper care may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
All damaged items must be returned in either the original packaging or a hard case to prevent further damage during shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging.
We deeply value your trust and aim to resolve any issues with fairness and care. Thank you for supporting handcrafted work.
