Gift Returns
Gift returns and Exchanges:
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fees for their return. We do not reimburse cash or credit.
Please send us an email to info@tarachial.com with a photo of the product, if possible name of person who gifted it. This way we can backtrack and find out the date of purchase and order #.
Gift Returns / Exchanges should be made within 14 days of purchase but will be evaluated case by case. We do not cover any shipping or transportation expenses.
Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.
Options for returns are the following:
1. Change of style for a different one at the same price.
2. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.
3. If the item costs less, there will be store credit left to your name, valid for 2 months starting from the date of exchange. We do not reimburse cash or credit.
Current discounts or promotions cannot be used on returns or exchanges.
Sale Items:
Custom items, personalized items, hats, tote bags, and sale items are FINAL SALES.
