Shipping and Returns
Deliveries made in Panama City will be shipped in 2-3 business days from the day of purchase. We use local messengers to do deliveries. Unless it has extra shipping times stated in the product page description.
If you wish to pay through ACH or Yappy, we also have that option.
Shipments take 1-3 days to process from our studio to the post office. We will provide a tracking number once shipped. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 (business days) to arrive. Unless it has extra shipping times stated in the product page description.

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us at : email@example.com. Please include your invoice number, name and reason of return so we can authorize it. Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use. Options for returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or store credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. if your order is a custom product, it will be treated as a final sale.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with a photo of the product and if possible name of person who gifted it. This way we can backtrack and find out the date of purchase. Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase but will be evaluated case by case. We do not cover any shipping or transportation expenses. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.
Options for returns are the following:
1. Change of style for a different one at the same price.
2. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.
3. If the item costs less, there will be store credit left to your name, valid for 2 months starting from the date of exchange. We do not reimburse cash or credit.
Current discounts or promotions cannot be used on returns or exchanges. Custom items, initial items, and sale items are FINAL SALES.
