Shipping and Returns


Panamanian Shipping / Entregas en Panama:

1. Envío de 2-3 días hábiles (para ordenes arriba de $50) - Costo: GRATIS

2. Envío de 2-3 días hábiles (para ordenes debajo de $50) - Costo: $5.00

Las entregas de los pedidos se procesan de 2-3 días hábiles. Utilizamos un servicio de mensajería privada que funciona de la siguiente manera:

Una vez procesada la orden, (si la orden fue hecha antes de las 5:00 pm y si es un estilo que no tiene tiempos de manufactura especiales - chequear en la descripción del producto) se programa la recolecta el mismo día y se le envía al cliente un número de rastreo. La mensajería pasa a recoger el mismo día y despacha el siguiente día hábil. Para ordenes ingresadas después de las 5 pm, se le agrega un día extra a los tiempos.

3. Envío Express / mismo día -  Costo: $8.00

Para los Envíos Express, escríbenos un DM o e-mail ( antes de hacer la compra, para asegurarte que la tenemos la pieza disponible.

International Shipping:

Shipments take 1-3 business days to process from our studio to the post office. We will provide a tracking number once shipped. (Please keep in mind that we also have made to order items and special items that have special production times specified on the product page description)


1. We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail (5-7 business days) on orders over $50. 

2. First Class Mail takes approximately (5-7 business days) - $5.00

3. Priority Mail takes approximately (1-3 business days) - $9.00


1. On orders OVER $185 we offer DHL EXPRESS service for - $22

2. On orders UNDER $185 we offer DHL EXPRESS service for - $32

DHL EXPRESS takes approximately (4-5 business days)

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you have another issue, please contact us at :

Please include: your invoice number, name, reason of return (photos if damaged) so we can authorize it.

Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.  

Options for returns are the following: replacement of the same item style or store credit. Please note that we do not refund or cover shipping costs. We do not reimburse cash or credit.

Gift returns:

Please send us an email to with a photo of the product, if possible name of person who gifted it. This way we can backtrack and find out the date of purchase.

Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase but will be evaluated case by case. We do not cover any shipping or transportation expenses.

Items should be sent in original condition and packaging, they must show no signs of use.  

Options for returns are the following:

1. Change of style for a different one at the same price.

2. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.

3. If the item costs less, there will be store credit left to your name, valid for 2 months starting from the date of exchange. We do not reimburse cash or credit.

Current discounts or promotions cannot be used on returns or exchanges. Custom items, initial items, and sale items are FINAL SALES.
